Their will be Rs.3000 application fees for General, Gen-EWS and OBC Category Candidates for single paper but their is only Rs.2000 application fees for SC,ST and PH Candidates. Also Candidates can apply for both papers with additional fees which is given below

SC, ST and PH : Rs.2000/-

B. Pharm	10+2 Intermediate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics is Essential .
GNM (3 Years)	10+2 Intermediate Exam Passed English Having 40% Marks OR and Registered in ANM with Pass Marks.
ANM (2 Years)	Only For Female. 10+2 is Science Stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths.) OR 10+2 in Arts & Other Bio technology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Philosophy) and English Core or English Elective OR 10+2 in Health care Science Vocational Stream Only.
